Overview

When we first started looking for data solutions, we didn’t have the expertise to develop an adequate system to manage our needs. Additionally, as we were working within a budget, we really needed to find a cost-effective solution.

After we contacted Mark at EPSS, our worries vanished. His system integrated seamlessly and efficiently into what we were already doing, which meant that our staff didn’t have to “reinvent the wheel.” We also reclaimed a considerable amount of man-hours which freed our staff to focus on expansion, student support, and other priorities.

Mark absolutely saved our lives! He has a great personal touch and whenever we have questions, he responds within a few hours. We haven’t had any issues during the seven years we have been with EPSS and it just wouldn’t make sense for us to do it any other way.
